HONDA CIVIC EF Head Tail Light WaterSlide Decal 1/64 Scale for Custom Hot Wheels These waterslide decals have white toner layer underneath color so they work over any color!No need to clear coat before installing but you can but not recommended. Any questions, feel free to ask! ——————————————————————————————————- HOW TO INSTALL: 1) Cut out around print as close as you can / feel comfortable doing. Use sharp scissors or blade2) Float on water for 15+ seconds3) Lightly wet area where decal will be placed so it can slide around easily4) Transfer decal from blue decal paper onto car with soft brush or finger5) Position as needed with brush, finger, or very gently with smooth toothpick 6) Absorb excess water with dry brush. Gently push out water from underneath decals.7) Optional but recommended: Clear coat entire car after adding decals for protection.—Once decals have been installed, wait at least 4 hours before adding Clear coat over entire car for protection.Avoid handling car or decals with oily fingers as they can cause weird results with clear coat!
