You will recieve the 5 pack in the photo.It is new in a sealed box and in good condition but the box has alittle corner/edge wear,acouple scuff marks on the plastic,the flap is creased at the top and there is tape on the top were the flap was taped down at some point.Please see photos for condition.(US SHIPPING ONLY)
